The N24C04UVTG is a 4-Kb I¬=C CMOS Serial EEPROM from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It is organized as 32 pages of 16 bytes each and supports Standard (100 kHz), Fast (400 kHz), and Fast-Plus (1 MHz) I¬=C protocols. The device operates within a supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V and features a 16-byte page write buffer, allowing for efficient data writing. The maximum write time is 4 ms, and the device is equipped with hardware write protection for the entire memory. This EEPROM is qualified to Automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 1, making it suitable for automotive applications with a temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C. It boasts a high endurance of over 1,000,000 program/erase cycles and offers a data retention period of 100 years. The N24C04UVTG is packaged in a US 8-lead configuration and is compliant with RoHS standards, being Pb-free and halogen-free.
