The MPIC2112DW is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver with independent high and low side output channels, designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configurations. It is packaged in a 16-lead SOIC wide-body case (CASE 751G-02), measuring 10.15 to 10.45 mm in length and 7.40 to 7.60 mm in width. The device supports a floating high-side supply voltage up to 600 V, operates with a gate drive supply range of 10 to 20 V, and a logic supply range of 5 to 20 V. It features matched propagation delays of up to 30 ns, undervoltage lockout for both channels, and CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs. The output sourcing and sinking current capabilities are 200 mA and 400 mA respectively. It is qualified for operation from -40°C to 125°C ambient temperature and meets RoHS standards.
