The MMPQ2222A is a quad NPN multi-chip general-purpose transistor array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed for medium-power amplification and switching applications with collector currents up to 500 mA. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 45 V, a continuous collector current of 500 mA, and a total device power dissipation of 1,000 mW. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package is supplied in tape and reel format.
