The MC74AC157DR2 is a high-speed quad 2-input multiplexer designed to select four bits of data from two sources using common Select and Enable inputs. It features true (non-inverted) output and can also function as a function generator, capable of producing any four of the sixteen different functions of two variables with one variable common. The Enable input is active-low, ensuring that when it is high, all outputs are forced low regardless of other inputs.
