The MC14528BFELG is a dual, retriggerable, resettable monostable multivibrator designed for generating output pulses of variable widths based on external timing components. It can be triggered by either the leading or trailing edge of an input pulse and features a separate reset option. The device operates within a supply voltage range of 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc and is capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load across a specified temperature range. This multivibrator is suitable for applications requiring pulse widths less than 10 µs, with a note that for longer pulse widths, the MC14538, which is pin-compatible, should be considered.
