The LV8907UWR2G is a sensorless three-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller designed for automotive applications. It features an integrated two-stage charge pump that supports continuous operation and drives six N-MOSFETs. The device operates within a voltage range of 5.5 V to 20 V, with a tolerance extending from 4.5 V to 40 V, and can withstand junction temperatures up to 175¬8C. This motor controller supports both open-loop and closed-loop speed control, allowing for configurable startup and speed settings, as well as proportional/integral (PI) control coefficients. It includes various system protection features such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, undervoltage, and overtemperature shutdowns. The LV8907 also incorporates a watchdog timer, a LIN transceiver for communication, and a built-in linear regulator for powering external circuits.
