The FST3345QSCX is an 8-bit bus switch designed for high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switching. It features a low on-resistance of 4Oc, which minimizes propagation delay and ground bounce noise during operation. The device includes dual output enable inputs (OE and /OE) that control the connection between two ports, allowing for easy switching between port A and port B. When /OE is LOW or OE is HIGH, the switch is active, connecting the two ports. Conversely, when /OE is HIGH and OE is LOW, the switch enters a high-impedance state, effectively disconnecting the ports. The FST3345QSCX operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85¬8C and is available in a 20-lead quarter size outline package (QSOP) with tape and reel packaging. This product is suitable for applications requiring efficient bus switching with minimal delay and low power consumption.
