The FSL106HR is an integrated Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and SenseFET designed for high-performance offline Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). It features an internal avalanche-rugged SenseFET rated for 650V and operates with a low standby power consumption of under 50mW at 265V AC in no-load conditions. The device includes a built-in soft-start function with a duration of 20ms, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, and various protection mechanisms such as over-voltage protection, overload protection, output-short protection, abnormal over-current protection, and thermal shutdown with hysteresis. The FSL106HR operates within a temperature range of -40 to 105¬8C and is packaged in an 8-lead Dual Inline Package (DIP). It is suitable for applications including adapters and SMPS for home appliances, VCRs, set-top boxes, and DVD players.
