The FMPA2151 is a dual-band linear power amplifier module designed for WLAN applications, operating in the frequency ranges of 2.4 to 2.5 GHz and 4.9 to 5.9 GHz. The amplifier provides over 33 dB of modulated gain in both frequency bands and achieves low error vector magnitudes (EVM) of 3.0% at 19 dBm output power for 2.4 GHz and 3.5% for 5.5 GHz.
