The FLS0116MX is a 7-lead, small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC) MOSFET-integrated LED lamp driver with built-in PFC function, designed for AC or DC input ranges of 80 V to 308 V. It features a 1 A / 550 V internal MOSFET, automatic AC/DC detection, and no requirement for a bulk capacitor. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. It includes over-temperature protection, cycle-by-cycle current limit, under-voltage lockout with 5 V hysteresis, and analog dimming. The device meets JEDEC MS-012, .150-inch narrow body packaging standards.
