The FIN1532MTCX is a 5V quad LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) receiver designed for high-speed data transfer, capable of handling data rates greater than 400 Mbps. It translates LVDS levels to LVTTL signal levels, featuring a typical differential input threshold of 100 mV. The device operates with a maximum propagation delay of 3 ns and a maximum differential pulse skew of 0.5 ns, making it suitable for applications requiring precise timing. This receiver includes power-off protection for inputs and outputs, as well as fail-safe protection for open-circuit, shorted, and terminated inputs. It meets or exceeds the TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard and is pin-compatible with equivalent RS-422 and PECL devices. The FIN1532MTCX is available in a 16-lead TSSOP package, which is advantageous for space-constrained designs. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +85¬8C, and it supports a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
