The FDP2552 is an N-channel PowerTrench® MOSFET in a TO-220AB package, designed for use in DC/DC converters, off-line UPS systems, and high-voltage synchronous rectifiers. It has a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 150 V and a continuous drain current of 37 A at 25°C case temperature, reducing to 26 A at 100°C. The typical drain-to-source on-resistance is 32 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage. The device supports single-pulse avalanche energy up to 390 mJ and has a maximum power dissipation of 150 W with a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 1.0 °C/W. Operating and storage temperatures range from -55 °C to 175 °C. The part is RoHS compliant and meets standard MOSFET reliability requirements.
