The FDMF8704 is a high-efficiency, high-frequency integrated driver and MOSFET module for synchronous buck converters, designed for CPU/GPU and point-of-load power applications. It is packaged in an MLP 8x8, 56-pin surface-mount format and supports input voltages from 7V to 20V with output currents up to 32A. The device operates at switching frequencies up to 1MHz and achieves peak efficiency greater than 90%.
