The FDMF8700 is an integrated 12V driver and MOSFET multi-chip module for high-current synchronous buck DC-DC converters, designed to meet the Intel™ DrMOS specification. It is housed in a 56-pin Power88™ package measuring 8mm x 8mm. The device supports output currents up to 30A and switching frequencies up to 500kHz, with peak efficiency exceeding 90%. It includes an internal adaptive gate drive, bootstrap diode, and under-voltage lockout. The module features an output disable function for shot-through protection and is RoHS compliant.
