The FDMF6823A is an ultra-compact, integrated DrMOS module designed for high-current, high-frequency synchronous buck DC-DC converters. It combines a driver IC, two PowerTrench® MOSFETs, and an integrated bootstrap Schottky diode in a 6.0 mm × 6.0 mm, 40-lead PQFN package. The module supports output currents up to 60 A at switching frequencies up to 1 MHz and achieves over 93% peak efficiency. It features a 3-state 5 V PWM input, adaptive gate drive timing for shoot-through protection, skip mode for light-load efficiency, and a thermal warning flag. The device complies with the Intel® 4.0 DrMOS standard and is RoHS compliant. Junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, with a thermal resistance of 2.7 °C/W.
