The FDMF6700 is an integrated 12V driver and MOSFET multi-chip module for high-current synchronous buck DC-DC converters, designed to meet the Intel DrMOS specification. It is packaged in a 6mm x 6mm, 40-pin Power66™ SMD package and supports output currents up to 25A with a maximum switching frequency of 500kHz. The device features internal adaptive gate drive, an integrated bootstrap diode, under-voltage lockout, and output disable functionality. Peak efficiency exceeds 85%, and it operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The module is RoHS compliant and meets the thermal resistance rating of 6.5°C/W on a 4-layer PCB with 2 oz. copper.
