The FDC6324L is an integrated load switch using a high-density DMOS process for low on-state resistance and efficient high-side switching. It operates with an input voltage range of 3 to 20 V and supports continuous load currents up to 1.5 A. The device is packaged in a SuperSOT-6 case with a thermal resistance of 180 °C/W and meets MIL-STD-883D ESD ratings of 6 kV human body model. It features internal Zener protection and is designed for low-voltage applications requiring minimal conduction loss.
