The FAN3226CMPX is a dual 2-A high-speed low-side gate driver with CMOS input thresholds, housed in an 8-lead 3x3 mm MLP package. It features dual inverting channels with independent enable pins that default to ON when unconnected, and incorporates MillerDrive™ technology for minimized switching loss. The device operates from 4.5 V to 18 V, provides 2.4 A sink and 1.6 A source current at 6 V output, and delivers typical rise and fall times of 12 ns and 9 ns respectively into a 1 nF load. Channels are matched within 1 ns for propagation delay. The part is automotive qualified to AEC-Q100 and rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
