The CM3202-00DE is a dual-output low noise linear regulator designed specifically for DDR-SDRAM applications, compliant with SSTL-2 and SSTL-3 specifications. It can provide a continuous output current of up to 2 A for the VDDQ supply and can source or sink 2 A for the VTT supply. The regulator features a typical dropout voltage of 500 mV at 2 A load current, ensuring efficient operation. This device offers excellent load and line regulation, fast transient response, and includes built-in over-current protection and thermal shutdown at 170¬8C. It supports Suspend-To-RAM (STR) and ACPI compliance, with a shutdown mode that tri-states VTT to reduce quiescent current.
