The CAT5419YI-00-T2 is a dual digital potentiometer featuring 64 taps per potentiometer and a 2-wire I2C-like interface for control and memory access. It integrates control logic with 16 bytes of non-volatile memory, allowing for the storage of up to four wiper settings for each potentiometer. The device operates with an end-to-end resistance of 2.5 kOc, 10 kOc, 50 kOc, or 100 kOc, and has a low wiper resistance of approximately 80 Oc. The CAT5419 supports a supply voltage range of 2.5 to 6.0 volts and consumes less than 1 µA in standby mode. It is rated for 1,000,000 non-volatile write cycles and offers 100 years of data retention. The device includes a write protection feature to prevent accidental programming of the data registers.
