The CAT5401WI-50-T1 is a quad digital potentiometer featuring four linear taper potentiometers with 64 taps each. It operates with an end-to-end resistance of 50 kOc and utilizes an SPI interface for control and memory access. Each potentiometer includes a 6-bit wiper control register and four 6-bit non-volatile memory data registers, allowing for the storage of up to four wiper settings. The device supports a voltage range of 2.5 to 6.0 volts and has a low wiper resistance of approximately 100 Oc. It is designed for circuit-level or system-level adjustments in various applications, with a standby current of less than 1 µA and a non-volatile memory data retention of up to 100 years.
