onsemi LED Drivers CAT4104VP2-GT3

The CAT4104VP2-GT3 is a quad-channel constant current LED driver capable of delivering up to 175 mA per channel. It features low dropout current sinks, with a dropout voltage of 0.4 V at maximum current. The device operates with LED pins supporting voltages up to 25 V, making it suitable for long LED strings. Current for the LED channels is adjustable via an external resistor connected to the RSET pin. The driver includes an EN/PWM input for enabling the device and for high-frequency PWM dimming control, supporting frequencies from 100 Hz to 50 kHz depending on the duty cycle. Thermal shutdown protection is integrated, activating when the die temperature exceeds 150¬8C. The CAT4104VP2-GT3 is available in a compact 8-pad TDFN package measuring 2 mm x 3 mm, and is compliant with RoHS standards. This product is suitable for applications in automotive lighting, general and architectural lighting, and LCD backlighting.
