The ADP3110A is a dual bootstrapped 12 V MOSFET gate driver for synchronous buck converters, generating both high- and low-side drive signals from a single PWM input. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, operating with a supply voltage from 4.6 V to 13.2 V and supporting bootstrap voltages up to 35 V, with transient tolerance to 40 V. The driver can slew a 3000 pF load in 30 ns, with 25 ns propagation delay. Internal adaptive nonoverlap prevents shoot-through. The output disable pin forces both outputs low, and undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown provide protection. It operates from 0 to 85 °C ambient with a junction temperature limit of 150 °C. The ADP3110AKRZ variant is shipped in tubes of 98 units and meets JEDEC MSL level 1. It is Pb-free.
