The 74LVTH573WM is a low voltage octal transparent latch featuring 3-STATE outputs, designed for bus-organized system applications. When LE is LOW, the data is latched, and the outputs are controlled by the Output Enable (OE) input, which can place the outputs in a high impedance state when HIGH.
