Oil-Rite Corp. Lubrication System Providing 1 GPM at 20 PSI, 10 Gal Reservoir YC846-1

Oil-Rite manufactures Lubrication Systems specifically to customer requirements. All systems are engineered, designed, manufactured and fully tested at Oil-Rite. This is an example of a custom built Circulating Oil System. This Circulating Oil System is equipped with a cast iron pump providing 1 GPM at 20 PSI. The 1/3 HP, 1725 RPM, TEFC motor is operated by single phase power at 115/230V 60Hz. The 10 gallon capacity reservoir is constructed with welded steel. A top filler cap makes filling the reservoir quick and simple. The filler cap is equipped with an air filter and liquid strainer to help maintain liquid quality. There are (2) 1” female NPT returns and (2) 1/2” female NPT drains. A baffle in the tank separates sediment and reduces turbulence. A 100 mesh stainless steel suction filter within the reservoir filters larger debris. A 23 micron, 1000 beta filter located near the outlet helps maintain liquid quality . It features replaceable elements. Additional controls include: · A stainless steel pressure gage located near the system outlet, displaying 0-60 PSI. · A bypass relief valve used to set system pressure, adjustable from 7 to 35 PSI. · A bronze check valve located at the system outlet to ensure fluid flows in only one direction. · A brass flow switch located near system outlet, set at .5GPM This custom built circulating oil system measures 20” by 12”. The overall height is approximately 30 5/32”. The system can be secured using (4) mounting holes located on the base of the unit.
