Oil-Rite Corp. Quick Pack Complete Lubrication System, 3 Motor Operated PurgeX Pumps for Liquid with External Volume Adjustment, 1 qt Polycarbonate Reservoir, 120V/60Hz YB4562-103-1qt

Description
PurgeX “Quick Pack” Complete Lubrication Systems are reliable, economical, compact and easy to install. This Quick Pack features 3 patented PurgeX pumps with a programmable cycle timer and easy to fill polycarbonate reservoir. The complete lubrication system is secured on a galvanized steel mounting plate that will fit into a standard 12” X 12” X 6” electrical enclosure. The system requires only electricity and lubricant to begin operation. PurgeX PurgeX has the ability to deliver very small amounts of lubricant with each cycle and can be rapidly cycled for greater volumes; it is excellent for high speed applications. Precise volumetric delivery is achieved with the positive displacement design. Any entrapped air and other impurities are automatically purged from the system when the piston slightly over-travels the pump chamber with each cycle. The net result is the ability to reliably deliver an exact amount of lubricant. There is no “after drip,” which makes PurgeX a very effective lubrication solution where product contamination is a concern. This system is ideal for applications where compressed air is not available or where direct interface to machine controls is desired. The pumps are operated by an electric motor powered by 120V/60Hz (other voltages and frequencies are available upon request). Lubrication cycles can be easily synchronized with machine operation. The bodies of the Purgex pumps are made of anodized aluminum alloy. The units tolerate temperatures from -15° F to 120° F. Buna-N seals are used (Viton seals are also available). The liquid delivery per motor revolution is adjustable between 0 to .009 cubic inches and continuous as long as power is supplied to the motor. The motor speed is 1 RPM (for other motor speeds, consult factory). Each pump has a separate adjustment for lubricant delivery per cycle. The volume of output can easily be adjusted by using the external knobs. The piston diameter is .250”. There is a 1/8” female NPT liquid inlet. Each pump has a 1/8” female NPT outlet. For detailed information on the Purgex pump used with this centralized lubrication system, click here. Quick Pack Features This Quick Pack has a 1 quart clear polycarbonate reservoir mounted to the plate. The reservoir is durable and allows liquid levels to be easily viewed. A polypropylene screw cap on top of the reservoir can be removed for refilling. An adjustable, programmable cycle timer regulates lubrication intervals from .6 seconds to 24 hours. The galvanized steel mounting plate is 10 7/8” across, 10 3/4" in height, and extends 4 1/2” in depth. The plate allows for surface mounting with (4) .194” diameter stand-offs that accommodate #10-32 screws. There are also slots for mounting the system in a Nema enclosure. This Quick Pack complete lubrication system is easy to install. Simply secure the mounting plate, supply power to the motor, and route tubing from the outlets to the lubrication points. Additional requirements include tubing and fittings to reach lubrication points and an electrical enclosure, if desired.
