Multiple Feed Electro Lubricators are especially suitable for intermittent operations. Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated. Anywhere from 2 to 24 valves may be connected to one reservoir (please consult factory for valve combinations not shown). The modular construction allows for additional valves to be added at a later date if needed (part no. B3151-01B11GW).
The reservoir and sight are vented to allow liquid to reach the brush by gravity. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. Drop feeding can be observed through the glass viewing window in the valve body.
This oiler features a Pyrex reservoir, aluminum alloy base and valve body, plated steel shank, Buna-N seals and 5/8”-18 mounting thread. The solenoid has a ½” NPT thread for connecting with conduit and is powered by 120V/60Hz (please consult factory for additional voltages and frequencies). All valves feature a 1/4” OD tube outlet.
The diameter of the reservoir is 4 1/4". Total height of the lubricator is 11 1/8", and total width of the valves is 6 3/16". This unit tolerates temperatures up to 225° F.
