AD-Series GMR Switches are precision digital magnetic sensors with digital outputs, operate points between 1 and 8 mT, and supply voltage ranges of 3 V to 6 V or 4.5 V to 30 V. They feature 20 mA output drive, temperature and voltage stability, and a frequency response up to 100 kHz, available in ultraminiature DFN6 and MSOP8 packages. The AD704 variant operates with a magnetic activate point of 1.5 to 2.5 mT and a release point differential of 0.5 to 1.4 mT. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, with a supply current of up to 7.5 mA at 24 V output on, and output voltage drop of 0.2 V at 20 mA sink current. The part is qualified for human body model ESD up to 2000 V.
