Capacitance diaphragm gauges provide a very accurate means of measuring subatmospheric pressures at a reasonable cost. The instrisic gauge design aims to offer the utmost in stability and process by-product resistance. For more stringent applications or when there is a high concern over process byproduct deposition, consider the 45°C, 100°C or 160°C heated gauges.
