The UB2 series comprises low-profile pushbuttons with PCB or snap-in mounting, available in single or double pole configurations with momentary or alternate action. The housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide (UL94V-0), with phosphor bronze contacts plated in silver or gold. Silver contacts support 5A at 125/250V AC; gold contacts are rated at 0.4VA max at 28V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms max for silver, 100 milliohms max for gold. Insulation resistance is 200 megohms min at 500V DC. Mechanical life is 1,000,000 operations for momentary, 200,000 for alternate action. Operating temperature is -25°C to +50°C for illuminated models and -25°C to +70°C for nonilluminated. The compact design supports single or bicolor LEDs with flat, beveled, or sculptured caps. Terminals are epoxy sealed for contamination resistance. UL recognition is available when ordered with marking.
