The SB221NO is a single-pole normally open momentary pushbutton switch with a 3A rating at 125V AC and 1.5A at 250V AC. It features a solder lug terminal configuration, a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) cap, and a phenolic or melamine phenolic resin case. Total travel is 0.116" (2.95mm). The switch has a mechanical life of 50,000 operations and an electrical life of 10,000 operations. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C. Contact resistance is 10 milliohms maximum; insulation resistance is 200 megohms minimum at 500V DC. Dielectric strength is 1,500V AC for one minute between contacts. The unit is installed with a knurled nut, lockwasher, and hex backup nut. UL and cULus recognition require ordering with the appropriate suffix.
