The S1A is a single-pole, single-throw toggle switch with solder lug terminals and bushing mount, rated for 15A at 125V AC and 20A at 30V DC, with a 25° angle of throw. The toggle is brass with chrome plating, the case is phenolic resin, and terminals are brass with tin plating. It operates from -10°C to +70°C and meets a mechanical life of 50,000 operations and an electrical life of 25,000 operations. Contact resistance is 10 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 2,000V AC for one minute. Mounting torque is 1.47 Nm for single nut models. Maximum panel thickness is 0.158" (4.0 mm). UL and CSA recognition requires ordering with appropriate suffixes.
