The MBN22LS1W03 is a miniature pushbutton switch in the Series M, designed for general-purpose switching with silver contacts rated for 3A at 125V AC and 2A at 250V AC, or 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC for logic-level applications. It features a snap-on cap with a plunger, a .335" (8.5mm) threaded bushing with keyway, and solder lug terminals. The case is made of diallyl phthalate resin rated UL94V-0, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The switch employs an over-center actuator mechanism, has a mechanical life of 50,000 operations, and an electrical life of 25,000 operations with silver contacts. Insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. The bushing option meets IP67 sealing standards. Mounting torque for the single nut is 0.7Nm (6.0 lb•in).
