The MB2000 series is a line of miniature pushbuttons with a stainless steel frame and diallyl phthalate resin case rated UL94V-0. It offers momentary or alternate action with silver or gold contact options, supporting resistive loads of 6A at 125V AC, 3A at 250V AC, or 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC. The B1 bushing variant has a 8.5mm threaded mounting, with terminals available in solder lug configuration. The device operates from -30°C to +85°C and meets IP67 sealing when configured with splashproof bushing options. Contact timing is slow make and slow break, with a mechanical life of up to 100,000 operations and electrical life of 25,000 operations for silver contacts or 50,000 for gold. Insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC minimum between contacts and case.
