The MB2000 series is a miniature pushbutton switch with a 12mm threaded bushing, available in single, double, or four-pole configurations. It offers silver contacts rated for 6A at 125V AC and 3A at 250V AC, or gold contacts rated for 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC. The switch features a momentary or alternate action with pretravel and overtravel ranges dependent on cap type, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The case is made of diallyl phthalate resin rated UL94V-0, with a dielectric strength of 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Splashproof variants with B3 or D3 bushings meet IP67. Terminals include solder lugs, quick connects, and wirewrap options. Mounting torque is 1.5Nm for double nut or 0.7Nm for single nut. The design includes an over-center actuator mechanism to reduce sparking and increase electrical life, and epoxy-sealed terminals for contamination resistance.
