The Series M miniature toggle switch is a bushing-mount device with a 25° angle of throw, designed for resistive and logic-level applications. It features a brass toggle with chrome plating, a stainless steel frame, and a UL94V-0 rated diallyl phthalate case. Electrical ratings include 6A at 125V AC and 3A at 250V AC for silver contacts, and 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC for gold contacts. Contact resistance is 10 milliohms maximum for silver and 20 milliohms for gold, with insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum and dielectric strength of 1,000V AC between contacts and 1,500V AC between contacts and case. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C, and mechanical life is 100,000 operations minimum. The switch has an antirotation design, high-torque bushing, and epoxy-sealed terminals. It meets UL and CSA certification standards when ordered with appropriate markings.
