The GB15JHD is an ultra-miniature, fully illuminated pushbutton plunger with a clear actuator and green LED, designed for logic-level circuits. It has a SPDT ON-(ON) circuit and right-angle PCB terminals. Nominal operating force is 1.70N, with total travel of 1.1mm. The switch operates from -25°C to +55°C and withstands 50,000 electrical and mechanical operations. Contact resistance is 80 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. The integrated LED has a forward voltage of 2.1V at 20mA and a maximum forward current of 30mA. The case and plunger are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and polyamide. Terminals are phosphor bronze with gold plating. The body is sealed for automated soldering and cleaning.
