NKK Switches PCB Mount Miniature Toggle D22018LV

The D22018LV is a PCB mount miniature toggle switch from the D2 series, designed for low-current logic level circuits. It features a locking lever actuator with a 24° throw, a 4-pole double-throw (4PDT) ON-OFF-ON circuit, and vertical PC terminals with a bracket. The switch has brass contacts with gold plating, a PBT housing rated UL94V-0, and terminals sized at 0.8mm (0.031″) diameter spaced on a 2.54mm grid. It supports a maximum resistive load of 0.4VA at 48V AC/DC, with a contact resistance of 50 milliohms max and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms min at 500V DC. The mechanical life is 50,000 operations for locking lever models, and electrical life is 50,000 operations. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C. The switch is nonshorting (break-before-make) and meets UL94V-0 flammability standards.
