The B18AV is a subminiature, antistatic toggle switch designed for logic-level applications, featuring a .394" (10.0mm) bat paddle, SPDT circuit with ON-OFF-ON functionality, and straight PCB terminals. It has a carbon-impregnated bushing and support bracket to prevent static discharge, epoxy-sealed terminals for contamination resistance, and a STC contact mechanism ensuring smooth actuation and high reliability. The switch conforms to a 2.54mm x 2.54mm terminal spacing, operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, and supports a maximum resistive load of 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC. Mechanical life is rated at 50,000 operations, with an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum and contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. The toggle is constructed with nickel-plated brass and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. It meets UL94V-0 flammability standards and is designed for surface-mount PCB assembly.
