NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB25AP

The AB25AP is a subminiature, sealed, double-pole, double-throw pushbutton switch designed for logic-level applications, featuring a 0.4VA maximum resistive load rating at 28V AC/DC. It has a .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grid layouts, with gold-plated brass contacts and a phosphor bronze movable contact. The switch operates with a nominal force of 2.55N, has a total travel of 1.1mm, and is rated for 50,000 mechanical and electrical operations. The housing is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide with a polyacetal plunger. It is rated for operation from -30°C to +85°C and withstands 50G shock and 1.5mm amplitude vibration across three axes. Soldering is recommended via wave soldering, and the terminal configuration is straight PCB mount. The switch is not UL or CSA certified.
