NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB11CV1

The AB11CV1 is a single-pole, double-throw, vertical PCB-mount pushbutton with an inline bracket, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. It features a totally sealed body, a 0.4VA maximum resistive load rating at 28V AC/DC, and a nominal operating force of 2.55N. The switch has a nonshorting contact timing with total travel of 1.1mm, a 50,000-operation mechanical and electrical life, and contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. Terminals are spaced at 2.54mm × 2.54mm to fit standard PCB grids. The plunger is polyacetal, the housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The device is designed for wave or manual soldering and automated cleaning, with no UL or CSA certification. The AB series is subminiature, at one-third the size of Series M switches.
