NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A24AP

The A series is a family of process sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction, STC contact mechanism for improved reliability, and .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing to conform to standard PCB grids. Electrical ratings include a maximum logic level of 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC, contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and electrical life is 50,000 operations minimum. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C. Terminals are gold-plated brass, selected for automated board processing. The toggle actuator is available in glass fiber reinforced polyamide for antistatic applications or nickel-plated brass. Angle of throw is 26°, with nonshorting contact timing.
