NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle Nkk Switches A23AV

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for logic-level applications, featuring a totally sealed body for contamination protection and 0.100″ × 0.100″ (2.54mm × 2.54mm) terminal spacing compliant with standard PCB grids. The A23AV variant is a vertical-mount, double-pole switch with ON-OFF-ON circuit configuration, measuring 0.394″ (10.0mm) in toggle length. It operates with a 26° throw angle, supports 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, and has a maximum contact resistance of 50mΩ. The switch has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and a mechanical life of 100,000 operations for ON-NONE-ON circuits. Terminals are epoxy sealed or ultrasonically welded, and soldering is recommended at 270°C for up to 5 seconds. The housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated for reliability. UL recognition and CSA certification are not applicable.
