NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A22AV

The A22AV is a vertical mount, double-pole, ON-OFF-ON subminiature toggle switch with .100" x .100" terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grid patterns. It features a totally sealed body construction, a nonshorting contact mechanism, and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts for reliable low-voltage, low-current logic-level operation. The switch operates with a 26° angle of throw and has a mechanical life of 100,000 operations. Its terminals are epoxy sealed to prevent contaminant ingress. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The housing and toggle are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with a tin-plated phosphor bronze support bracket. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute between contacts and between contacts and case.
