NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A18KP-AC

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction, STC contact mechanism for reliable operation, and .100" x .100" terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grid patterns. They offer PC terminal options including straight, right angle, vertical, and inline bracket configurations, with toggle lengths of .248" (6.3mm) or .394" (10.0mm). The switches have a nominal operating force of 1.18N to 2.73N depending on toggle type, a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, and an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. They are rated for 100,000 mechanical operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and 50,000 electrical operations. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C. Toggle options include antistatic glass fiber reinforced polyamide for ESD dissipation. The series is not UL or CSA certified.
