Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. Voltage Regulators - Linear R1111N181A-TR-FE

The R1111N181A-TR-FE is a low noise, CMOS-based linear voltage regulator IC designed to provide a fixed output voltage with high accuracy. It supports output currents up to 150mA and features a typical supply current of 35OºA, with a standby mode current of just 0.1OºA. The dropout voltage is low at approximately 0.2V when sourcing 100mA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
