NPN/PNP double resistor-equipped transistors with built-in bias resistors R1 = 2.2 kΩ and R2 = 47 kΩ, in a leadless ultra-thin DFN1010B-6 (SOT1216) package measuring 1.1 mm × 1 mm × 0.37 mm, capable of 100 mA output current per transistor and rated for operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
