NPN/NPN matched double transistors in a SC-74 (SOT457) surface-mount package, designed for current mirror and differential amplifier applications. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 45 V and a collector current rating of 100 mA. The devices feature current gain matching with hFE ratios between 0.9 and 1, and base-emitter voltage matching with a maximum difference of 2 mV at 2 mA collector current. Total power dissipation is rated at 380 mW for the device under ambient temperatures up to 25°C. The junction temperature rating is 150°C.
