PNP general-purpose transistors in a SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mounted package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage up to 45 V and a continuous collector current of 100 mA, with a peak collector current of 200 mA. The device has a DC current gain range of 125 to 250 at V_CE = -5 V and I_C = -2 mA, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 600 mV at I_C = -100 mA and I_B = -5 mA. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications.
