The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) between 110 and 220 for the BC846A-Q variant, with saturation voltage values up to 200 mV at 10 mA collector current and 0.5 mA base current. It is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and suitable for automotive applications. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 500 K/W under standard FR4 PCB mounting conditions.
